This is a very good question if you know that I used to hate Xianghua with passion. Well, I used to think Xianghua was a brat, spoiled, got everything she wanted, tries too hard to be cute, her quotes killed me. I thought she was so disrespectful and wasn't so serious about getting Soul Edge, and damn I was wrong! Just by looking at her, she doesn't look quite serious about her travels or anything, but when you read her story, it's a whole different thing. See, when I read her story, I finally felt a sort of respect for the girl and the fact I can't hate alot of characters from my fandoms. I learned she was independant, strong when needed to be, determined, outgoing. She's one of the cutesy characters I just can't be annoyed at for too long, if there's a backstory and a mystery behind that cute face. Another thing, if this sounds too nerdy then :P whatever. There aren't very many japanese video games that have heroines under the astrological sign "Aries".. I think Xianghua is a special case, so it's pretty awesome that she's an Aries. Sometimes I think the japanese like to avoid using that sign for characters since it entails such an outgoing, annoying personality, but Xianghua is the best Aries game-girl :3. Besides, Xianghua needs more love!
